Splashwhip - describes a speed slide which descends in a straight direction at a 45-degree angle and then "whips" back 180 degrees to splash down into a runout. Average length is approximately 220 feet (including runout).
Recommended water usage: 150-200 gpm. |
| 2. |
Splashspiral -describes a speed
slide with a full 360 degree spiraling loop which splashes down in
either a pool or runout. Approximate length is 150 feet.
Recommended water usage: 200-250 gpm. |
| 3. |
Splashcliff - describes a very steep, giant
drop waterslide which empties into a runout, with a slope of up to
67 degrees. Approximate length is 200 feet (including runout).
Recommended water usage: 100-150 gpm. |
| 4. |

(utilizing a deep

Recommended water usage: 100-150 gpm. |
| 6. |
Splashtube Jr. -
describes a small diameter slide with approximately twice the slope
of our standard waterslide
(approximate slope is 15 degrees); this is not considered a speed
slide, but is a cost
effective alternative to using a larger diameter waterslide.
Approximate
length is 300 feet (not including runout, because a pool is normally
used).
Recommended water usage: 300-350 gpm. |
| 7. |
Splashdrop -describes a combination open/enclosed flume speed Slide, with a slope of up to 70 degrees, coming off a tower height of 40-60' and emptying into a run out of between 70-120' in length. Total slide length with run out is between 170-245'.
|
| B. | 4½ FT. DIAMETER TUBE

| 1. |
Splashtube - average slope is 7 degrees,

pool is 4½' of water (average pool size is 28' wide by 30' long).
Recommended water usage: 2,000 gpm from a 30 hp pump. |
| 2. |
Splashtube Black Hole - the same
requirements apply as in Number 1, above, except if used with two-
